The first RIVERfair was held in August 2008 at Keizer Rapids Park. It was created to be a one-day community festival with events and entertainment for the whole family. In 2011, more than sixty vendors exhibited and local entertainment filled the Keizer Rotary Amphitheatre during the festival.
