Scholarships – In April 2010, Making Keizer Better Foundation awarded the first male and female vocational scholarships. Funds raised in 2012 will again fund vocational scholarships. The RIVERfair Cruz-In Car Show will help fund the Jerry Bigler Memorial Scholarship for those planning a career in the automotive mechanics field.

Those eligible for the scholarships include:
• McNary High School students in the 11th or 12th grade
• Keizer residents who attend 11th or 12th grade in a school outside Keizer
• Home-schooled students between the ages of 15 and 18
